Refund Policy

Weg Western Emerald will provide a full refund or store credit within 10 days from the date received. Credit card purchases will be refunded as credit to the cardholder’s account for the total amount charged.

Refund or store credit will be processed after its full inspection.

Please email wegwesternemerald@gmail.com and a sales representative will provide you a return form.

Important note: Changes are only made by rings size.

Shipping Policy

All deliveries are made through UPS with insurance included.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a purchase confirmation by e-mail.

Signature is required upon delivery by UPS. Please ensure someone will be present to sign for your package at the time of delivery. UPS will not leave any packages unattended.

If you do not receive the product within the estimated date of delivery please contact us immediately at wegwesternemerald@gmail.com.

We only ship to the United States; we do not handle shipments outside of the United States
